主要从事金属氧化物半导体纳米的制备及其在气体传感、光催化等领域应用方面的研究工作,主讲《集成电路板图设计》等课程。

1.国家自然科学基金-河南省联合基金重点支持项目,煤矿瓦斯检测用新型氧化物半导体材料的构筑及性能调控,参与。
2.面向低浓度气味分析的半导体气体传感器新型增敏剂设计、敏感机理与低成本器件研发,参与。
